Celtic language mainly consists of two languages and these are Goidelic and Brythonic Celtic languages. Irish, Scots and Manx Gaelic are all Goidelic Celtic languages while Welsh, Cornish and Breton are Brythonic languages. Cornish language was used only up to the 18th century and only one percent of the total population speaks this language. But now, attempts are being taken to revive the language which has given the result of the introduction of nature and vocabulary words and of course, baby names.
For centuries, the Cornish people are following a basic naming trend. The name of the first son was based on the father's father, the second son's name was based on the mother's father and the third son was named after his father. Similarly, the first daughter was named after the mother's mother, the second daughter after the father's mother, and the third daughter after the mother.
