Danielle Armstrong Confirms She's Expecting Baby Number Two

Danielle Armstrong, the former star of the British reality TV show The Only Way Is Essex, has announced she is expecting her second child with her husband, Tommy Edney. Taking to Instagram earlier in the week, the 34-year-old shared a black and white video of her holding up three positive pregnancy tests followed by a sweet kiss from her husband. The couple received warm wishes from their 1.3 million followers along with heartwarming messages from close friends and co-stars including Kate Ferdinand and Vicky Pattison.

The proud mum also shared a glimpse of daughter Orla, three years old, as she lovingly caressed her growing bump before exclaiming 'high five big sister!' In another post, Danielle showed a scan image of their unborn baby as well as an adorable snap of herself with Tommy and Orla posing together to announce the exciting news. She wrote: "Baby Edney No2....Oh we can't wait to meet you". Adding: "We are absolutely over the moon that we will be adding another bubba to our family summer 2023". After receiving well wishes from fans online, Danielle took a moment to express how thankful she was for all the support they had received while announcing this exciting news.

The announcement follows on from an interview she did last year where she spoke openly about being diagnosed with endometriosis back in 2018 - a condition which affects around 1 in 10 women and can cause immense pain and discomfort during monthly periods due to tissue build up in organs around the body - causing concerns for when it came time for her to have children one day. In the interview with Fabulous magazine Danielle spoke about what it was like to receive such devastating news at 30 years old; “I remember walking out of that appointment and I was sitting in the car park just crying on my own” she said before adding “It wasn't like I was going to be trying for a baby any time soon, but it was in the back of my mind — what if I meet the person I want to have children with and it's not possible?”

Fortunately her diagnosis didn't prevent her from having children as hoped when later that year she met now husband Tommy Edney after which they moved in together after two weeks before learning that Danielle was expecting what would become their first daughter Orla - who was born in May 2020. As for having more babies however, Danielle said that when it came time for them to try again they would go back through their doctor if needed though she can always count on medicine or even coming off contraception should they experience any difficulties down the line; “When we want tries again…we will just see what happens...” She said before adding “But if there were any issues I would go straight back to my GP” With two children on hand now though, things look set; “My pregnancy with Orla was tough but Tom and me are hoping for more kids - probably 3” said Danielle jokingly last week before speaking about Orla taking on big sister duties saying she knows “she's going to be an amazing Big Sister”

So whatever bumps may happen along life's road, there are some things that remain certain - like love between family members and at least one more warm body joining theirs come summer 2023; Congratulations again Daniela & Tom!
