Bachelor Nation's Jordan Kimball and Christina Prepare for the Arrival of Baby No. 1
It has been a whirlwind year for Bachelor Nation's Jordan Kimball and Christina, who announced their pregnancy just months after getting married in Houston, Texas. The couple, who first met at an airport in Los Angeles in November 2019, have become one of the latest additions to the Bachelor Nation family with their upcoming baby.
Jordan's proposal to Christina was a romantic Christmas Eve surprise in 2020 at their church in Houston. But it was their outdoor wedding ceremony on January 15th, 2022 that truly captivated fans of the franchise.
In an Instagram post from March 2021, Jordan announced that Christina was pregnant with their first child together. The post featured several photos of them together, including two sonograms with a sign that said "Baby Kimball Arriving 2023". He wrote to his wife: "From bending knee to saying vows at the altar - it’s all been a dream. But nothing has moved me like holding your hand and hearing our baby’s heartbeat".
Christina is currently 12 weeks pregnant and due at the beginning of summer 2023. She told Us Weekly that she took four pregnancy tests before breaking the news to Jordan – which she did by presenting him with his favorite treat: a carrot cake! The couple plan to find out the sex of their bundle of joy sometime in early 2022 – when they will also be deciding on potential names. Jordan said he hopes that if they have a boy first he can be an "older brother protector" - but either way they are just excited about having a happy and healthy baby!
Jordan became part of Bachelor Nation when he appeared on both The Bachelorette and Bachelor In Paradise seasons in 2018. His impressive style and sharp wit made him stand out from the crowd - although his time on both shows ended abruptly after getting disqualified from season 6 of Paradise due to an altercation with Christian Estrada.
But since then Jordan has matured greatly - becoming a loving and supportive husband to Christina as they now prepare for parenthood together. Fans wish them all the best as this new chapter begins!
